Product Description: The product has obtained the approval of China Classification Society (CCS), the quality standard of this product conforms to GB/T4950-2002 standard, and the chemical compositions of zinc anode conform to US MIL-A-18001H and ASTM-B418 (Type I) standard. Meanwhile, anode used in pipeline conforms to Design Specification of Sacrificial Anode for Buried Steel Pipeline (SY/T0019-97).
Detection: No other substances enter the process from raw material (zinc ingot) input to end product output, and the product is not exposed to other metal. The detection adopts DF-100 type direct-reading spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum and other high-end testing instruments. Strict check and detection are conducted in each working procedure before storage. Not a tiny detail is neglected. Hence, the long-term stability of product performance is ensured. The content of each batch of zinc anode is guaranteed to be above 99.995%.
Transportation and Storage: Wrappage and means of transportation with acid, alkali or salt that may corrode zinc are forbidden. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated storeroom which is free of corrosive substance and be protected from rain.
